Refurbishment and restoration of the commercial building

333 Collins Street is a 35-level office development comprising of 70,000sqm floor area, and four basements of car parking. The building is linked by three tunnels beneath Flinders Lane to the basement car park of a 17-storey all-suite hotel/car parking building: the Grand Mercure Hotel.

The building was internally refurbished to suit modern occupancy and achieve current standards of fire safety and egress.
